Easy to order and easily the best price, beating the competitors by £20. No extra charge for smaller tanker due to narrow access.

Home Fuels Direct gave the cheapest…

Home Fuels Direct gave the cheapest comparison quote for my heating oil & then gave me JD a code for a further £10 off. This was on my order today 6/7/24. The last time I ordered from them the oil was also the cheapest and was delivered two days later.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

This is the first time

This is the first time, I have used Home Fuels Direct. At the beginning I was having trouble paying via an iPad. However, on the iPhone it was no problem. The standard turn around time is 5 days which is amazing, let’s hope they can deliver on this.
As far as pricing 5/5.

Poor customer service & order updates.

The communication between this company, and the customer, is absolutely abysmal. They don't reply to there own contact form, they don't reply to emails, and there is no telephone contact number. A truly shocking company to deal with.

The oil price is normally cheaper then elsewhere, but you don't really know when you will get it, as no one replies to you ;)
